With Spinalogic Unlimited, you can have fully automated checkout of patients after their adjustment. There is no need for a CA to handle payments – patients can just do it for themselves.
I first came up with this idea when I was trying to run CA-free shifts. Some patients not on membership still needed to pay as they went. But interrupting adjusting to take payments was really uncool. So we created the Spinalogic Checkout Station.
At first, I thought it would be great for the practice but that patients would be pretty neutral about it. I didn’t think they wouldn’t like it, but I didn’t think they’d be particularly impressed either. How wrong I was! So the key benefit of the Checkout Station, is it means you no longer need a CA to take payments. Ever. And your books will balance at the end of every shift.
